Job description


The Digital Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the digital media planning and execution reporting to the Head of Digital Consumer Experience. The Digital Paid Media Specialist manages the set-up of all digital campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Social Media, Display, Programmatic, Search) either for Global and local campaigns: starting from the briefing to the performance optimization of the campaigns and the analysis of the final results against the KPI and benchmarks. The Digital Paid Media Specialist will collaborate with internal and external teams as well as all markets to coordinate the digital media campaigns and regularly report about the trends and results achieved.


 


Overall responsibilities


 



  • Execute a global digital paid media plan in order to meet the KPI and optimize the budget spend across multiple channels to maximize efficiency

  • Support the planning of Digital Media Campaigns (Paid Social Media, Display, Programmatic, Re-marketing, Affiliation, Shopping and Paid Search) at international level for local and global activations across multiple channels

  • Lead the operational execution of campaign production (creative briefs, deployment, tracking, optimization & reporting), making sure all campaigns launch on time across all channels

  • Define the adv call to action, messaging and creative approach for paid media

  • Actively own the trafficking process with external partners and internal teams to ensure maximum coordination within the Rado digital ecosystem with consistent and effective creativity and messaging

  • Troubleshooting any campaign issues with technical team or any platform customer service

  • Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs, benchmarks and evaluate the final results

  • Set regular executive reviews with each local market about KPI and Digital Campaigns results

  • Monitor and adjust media spend budget according to the performance and communicate with key stakeholders about any variations

Professional requirements



  • 1 - 2 years of digital advertising experience preferably at a digital agency or technology platform

  • Understanding of the luxury industry for paid social, display, programmatic and paid search

  • Excellent command of Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Adv and the major DSP/DMP, as well as proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is requested


Languages



  • Superior written and spoken English skills, any other language is an asset
