Are you fascinated by space?
Do you wonder what is possible when academic and industry work together?
Would you like to join a team that makes real rocket launches happen?
If the answer is yes, yes and yes, we would love to hear from you!
ARIS is a student initiative based at ETH Zürich (Dübendorf) and inspires students across Switzerland
with opportunities to put into practice what you have been studying in theory while gaining hands-
on space engineering experience as well as to contribute to space engineering challenges through
academic and industry collaborations.
In parallel to the 4th round of developing a hybrid rocket engine, ARIS will take a first step into the field
of liquid engines. The goal is to design, build and test a small-scale liquid engine. Further, a completely
new test bench will be developed to mark the headstone of many other student projects to follow. ARIS
also conducts events to support these activities, and has ongoing engagement with sponsors, the public
and professors.
As Project Manager you will be the leader of the team. The role will require you to be a role model and
to push and motivate the team from the beginning until the very end. Planning ahead, setting milestones,
taking care of the budget, finding the right sponsors, etc. These are only some of the tasks that you will
be responsible for, and which will have a huge impact on the success of this project.
To achieve this ambitious goal and continue our exciting growth, we are searching for a motivated
Project Manager for the new liquid engine project!
