Responsibilities


Ex-Custody Management



  • Troubleshooting and monitoring of differences in cash & stock

  • Supporting functions, offering solutions for onboarding and running the relationship

  • Running test activities

  • Avaloq bookings e.g. cash & stock take on's, cash movements and fees

  • Contact person for the platform (single point of entry)


Cash- & Securities Reconciliation



  • In- & ex-custody cash / securities holding controlling / booking

  • Trade Confirmation Marching (controlling and approval processing)

  • CSA Collateral Management

  • Custodian Bank controlling


Regulatory Reporting



  • Responsibility for EMIR, MiFIR and FinFraG reporting and the related monitoring, problem solving and change management

  • Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI)


Education and Qualifications



  • University degree or equivalent

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word


Experience, Skills and Competencies Required



  • A minimum of 4 years banking experience required

  • Good understanding of operations, especially cash/securities reconciliations and confirmation matching, including knowledge of related SWIFT Message Types

  • Fluent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)

  • Ability to communicate effectively across a variety of languages and cultures, working effectively with Front Office, Back Office, Authorities and Counterparties

  • Reliable, high quality standards and attention to detail

  • Independent, structured, solution-oriented and proactive work style with a “can-do” attitude

  • Avaloq know-how advantageous
