Description

The IC Layout Design Engineer will work with IC Design Engineers to implement block level circuit schematics in physical mask layout. You will work with Technology Engineers to implement circuit components such as transistors, resistors, capacitors, etc., as well as test structures in physical mask layout. In addition, you will verify completed physical layout using CAD tools such as DRC, LVS and PEX.

 REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related subject


• A minimum of 5 years of IC layout experience preferably in analog or mixed mode full custom IC layout design.


• Excellent knowledge and experience with cadence EDA tools


• Knowledge of requirements at block level for automation in top level assembly


• Good understanding of CMOS technology preferably with high voltage capability
