The Data Sourcing & Applications sector serves the Private Banking (PB), the General Council and the Financial Compliance unit of Credit Suisse with Data Warehouse (DWH) services, Business Intelligence Solutions and Sales and Monitoring tools.
Our main stakeholders are the Compliance Group and Global Private Banking. Our system delivers data for externally reported key performance indicator and guarantees the regulatory requirements of the bank for holding the banking license.
Our application provides functionality in key areas such as transaction monitoring among others for Anti Money Laundering (AML), standard and ad hoc regulatory reporting on Management level, flexible and audit trailed changing of thresholds and tuning of surveillance algorithms. It processes over 2 million transactions per day.
Our graphical user interface is developed on .Net with C# and client side with HTML5 / Angular. It is interacting via Web Services and DB2 direct access with the centralized DB2 databases which are processed via PL/1 batch jobs.
In your new role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance a modern, state-of–the-art solution while working in an agile team with experienced and collaborative colleagues.
Your main responsibility is the application, backend and front-end development. Our team is also responsible for the monitoring of the application, the maintenance and the end user support. According to agile principles, DevOps is an important topic and we strive for continuous improvement.
