Job Description


We are looking for a Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our Thomson Reuters Enterprise Center in Zug.


Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst is responsible for general administration and governance of policy management and for managing the development of TR policy program, overseeing the production and publishing of ISRM policy and standards to ensure that the strategic objectives of the organization are fulfilled.


ABOUT THE ROLE


As the Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst , you will:



  • Be responsible for the development, monitoring, and compliance of technical, security & data governance policies, standards to ensure the protection of corporate against unauthorized use, access, modification and destruction.


  • Proactively identify risks and impact to all downstream systems in the corporate environment and their interconnectivity.


  • Be responsible for maintenance and administration of the policy management tool.


  • Partner with LMS to develop and enhance training and awareness materials in relation to policies and standards, enforcement and creation and ensures its distribution and use across the organization.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of policy initiatives


  • Monitor compliance and conformance to policies and standards and measure and report on the effectiveness and adherence to such policies and standards



ABOUT YOU


To be considered for the role of Lead Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will have:



  • Certification such as CISSP and\or CISA\CISM a plus


  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Security or related field or equivalent work experience


  • Ability to lead and guide a small team toward realizing the organization’s goals.


  • Strong facilitation and business partnership skills. Possesses the interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key internal stakeholders responsible for decision making.


  • Capacity to influence and coach applicable stakeholders on the proper application or amending of policies to fit business unit goals while maintaining proper compliance with organization, local and regulatory policies and regulations.


  • Strong facilitation and business partnership skills. Possesses the interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key internal stakeholders responsible for decision making.


  • Possess solid judgment and ability to effectively evaluate risk relative to the business.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, good presentation and business documentation skills, organizational and planning with ability to set time lines and meet deadlines.


  • Capability to drive inclusion work, learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams


  • Critical thinker, ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about challenges and to identify solutions.


  • Aptitude to set priorities and identify any areas that require further research.
