About the Role


In this role, you will be working with business users to support the Global HR Systems. You will report to the Global HRIS Team Leader.


You will ensure that the business users are able to maximise their usage of the platform and your main tasks will include, but not limited to:



•    Providing specialist knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Performance and Goals and Learning  to the business users
•    Delivering customer service excellence by investigating, effective troubleshooting, resolving incidents and requests whilst managing expectations and communications
•    Creating and update training manuals, process documents and policies where necessary
•    Proactively identifying training requirements for individual end users and teams 
•    Working closely with the Global HRIS Manager and Governance Board/s to implement change requests
•    Working with the HR System BG Admins to understand business needs and requirements to support an effective ongoing governance model
•    Transforming User Feedback into Governance structures to drive improvements
•    Managing escalations through to resolution across a number of teams including 3rd party vendors 
•    Understanding the business context for the HR processes that are enabled by the HR Systems
•    Managing System Improvement Projects to introduce new functionality or changes to support optimized HR processes


 


Requirements:
•    Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 1-3 years of specific cloud based HRIS focus
•    Practical experience of implementing or/and supporting Core HCM or Talent HR is a must
•    Experience in servicing a wide range of internal inquiries from a diverse group, delivering professional and timely resolution
•    Working experience in FMCG or and Manufacturing environment highly desirable 
•    Strong problem solving/analytical skills and sound business judgement 
•    Work experience in an international company with a large, matrix structure
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
