About the role

We are looking for a Global Strategic Planner to join the Global Supply Chain team and play a key role in the continuation of the supply chain transformation journey. He/She brings global visibility based on the regional S&OP plans, prepares and facilitates alignment across regions and business units’ focusing on inter-regional flows and requirements. He/she also supports the preparation for the strategic capacity planning and will also steer and coordinate the Supply Chain (SC) activities across regions and functions, based on the priorities defined by the OSCO leadership team.

Key responsibilities include

• Consolidate regional tactical plans to bring global visibility


• Provides the business analysis that should facilitate cross-regional and cross BU discussions


• Prepare and facilitate cross-regional and cross BU discussions


• Liaises with Group and OSCO Finance on specific financial planning topics, such as Budget/mid-term planning coordination


• Coordinates across regions Support the continuation of the transformation journey and Continuous Improvement related activities


• Works closely with the Global SC reporting and planning analysts, to coordinate activities related to global and regional business analysis and reporting


• Builds tactical plans for specific global topics


• Supports the preparation and follows up on the actions from the global S&OP elements (global product lines, cross-BU arbitrages)


• Supports the strategic planning exercise and coordinates across regions and functions, in order to provide the necessary data required for the inputs and outputs


• Drives the Business reporting training and adoption, and  also builds the knowledge and understanding within the regional teams


• Coordinates the prioritization and planning for the Process, Content and System-related activities together with the process power users, regional CIs and global IM team

About you

• Master’s degree or equivalent


• APICS certification or equivalent Supply Chain education


• 5 – 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain planning (demand, supply, S&OP)


• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to drive deliverables and build plans based on a critical path and interdependencies


• Critical thinking combined with ability to make assumptions and work with multiple sources of data


• Excellent ability to analyze and synthesize


• Demonstrated courage and transparency to deal with challenge and conflict


• Flexible and result-oriented


• Fast thinking, quick & adaptable


• Ability to align key stakeholders to find a common solution


• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders, including executive level


• Ability to easily adapt to changes and navigate in an uncertain environment


• Fluent in English
