About the job
Acting as the key Marketing Budget and Performance engine to ensure resources are optimally allocated across our Non-Media touchpoints (Visual Merchandising, CRM, Retailer and Trade Support, PR, Events and Signature Gifts) and markets, enabling the achievement of our Brand and Commercial KPIs
Being a true Business Collaborator to Heads of Central Marketing teams and Local Marketing Directors by actively steering budget planning cycles and securing key global initiatives are rightly supported and local market needs are properly considered
Developing and deploying Marketing budgeting guidelines and investment recommendations to ensure our Brand and crystal lifestyle is communicated and experienced in a spellbinding and harmonized way across the globe
Tracking, monitoring and optimizing our Global Marketing spending to drive the accomplishment of our Brand ambitions and target ROI
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/ Education, preferably in Marketing, Business Management
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Brand Management preferably within luxury or fashion sector
Excellent analytical and pragmatic skills, a passion for metrics and figures
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools
Passionate about data and driving a fact-based business environment
English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
