We are looking for a:


Technical Product Manager


for our AI & Data Science driven product Enrichment Engine which will take a leading role in the realisation of our data-driven banking vision.


Your Responsibilities:



  • Interact with existing and potential clients, understand their problems and needs, and translate them into product themes, features and technical specifications;

  • Create and maintain a product roadmap based on product strategy and objectives (viability), customer feedback and research (desirability), and technical and organizational constraints (feasibility), and user experience;

  • Reduce uncertainties and mitigate risks, Bias-to-action and learn from failures;

  • Develop appropriate product vision and strategy, to inspire development efforts;

  • Communicate product vision and benefits to clients (product demonstrations) and to internal stakeholders;

  • Drive the development execution to delivery: define user stories, prioritize the backlog (constantly iterate and measure);

  • Support in designing and executing PoCs;

  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to manage product life-cycle from concept to delivery.


 You have:



  • BA/BSc (MSc preferred) in Computer Science, Economics, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science - or equivalent experience;

  • At least 3 years of industry experience as a Product Manager;

  • Affinity towards AI & data science & API ecosystems, a basic understanding of common Data Science techniques, in particular Machine Learning, and the high-level technical requirements/trade-offs involved;

  • Experience managing digital products;

  • Passion and empathy for customers and their problems;

  • Get-It-Donementality;

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills- business fluent in English;

  • Ideally some knowledge of the financial domain.
