Business Analyst Real Estate Funds (temporary)

Currently, we are recruiting for our client, a globally operating Swiss Insurance, a motivated and dynamic personality for its role as Business Analyst Real Estate Funds, temporary for 6 months (extension possible). This function requires occasional travel within Europe.



Tätigkeiten:

• Work within an international programme and support implementation of an application that unifies asset and funds management (Immopac)


• Scope of application is: Asset and Funds Planning, Property valuations in the context of acquisition and Asset and Funds Reporting obtaining rent rolls an financial data from over 100 data providers via a data integration platform


• Gather requirements and drive the detailed business analysis
  


• Create BRD, Functional Specifications, Target Operating Model and UAT test cases
  


• Provides subject matter expertise to assist the developers and testers during the technical design, implementation and testing phase
  


• Communicate system related problems, in collaboration with the IT teams and the software vendor on changes, fixes, and updates

Anforderungen:

• Bachelor/Master studies in Economics, IT, Business Informatics or other relevant field


• strong financial services experience with knowledge of Real Estate Funds Management and / or Real Estate Asset Management


• Already worked for a Real Estate Asset / Funds Manager or participated in corresponding projects
  


• Strong IT background and good understanding of the business side


• Ideally knowledge of immopac (nice to have)
