CONTEXT


 


You will be part of the Richemont Industrial Management Solutions (RIMS) team, that covers our manufacturing sites as well as quality, industrial IT, sourcing intelligence, risk management and industrial strategy responsibilities. You will work closely with our 5 manufactures and the Group Maisons to establish a solid reporting and performance steering structure, with a priority focus on quality.


 


 


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?


 



  • Coordination and animation of the quality and reliability performance
    Create KPIs and dashboard to track quality rate of the Maisons and Group Manufactures. Support Maisons and Manufactures in the setup of the proper quality KPIs and their tracking. 
    Follow-up effect of improvement and action plans with the Maisons on the global quality KPIs. Support data-science team in the exploitation and analyze of the available data to identify improvement opportunities within quality and reliability field.
     

  • Create and steer the business intelligence deployment roadmap for our manufactures
    Based on the needs and weaknesses identified in the manufactures, select the relevant tools within the Group IT landscape to improve the reporting processes of the Group manufactures (workload, availability, and accuracy) – and define the roadmap to deploy the new tools. Support and track the deployment of this roadmap.
     

  • Support deployment of tools in the entities
    On specific projects, support the development and deployment of digital tools within the Group Manufactures.
     

  • Coordinate the structuring and maintenance of master data in our manufactures
    Coach the community of master data management within the Group Manufactures to ensure sustainability of the tools and systems in place.


 


 


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US ?


 



  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or IT

  • Work experience 1-5 years

  • You are familiar with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SAP analytics) and data modeling tools (Google Looker) or are keen to learn

  • You are used to classical data management tools (Excel/ Access) and have strong analytical skills

  • You have former experience in a manufacturing environment

  • You like working “on the field” with operational teams

  • You have a strong team spirit, are proactive, enthusiastic and stimulated by challenges

  • You are fluent in French – main working language


 



  • Knowledge of quality management tools is a plus

  • Basic awareness of IT management systems (ERP, PLM) is a plus, as well as programming skills 


 


 


MOBILITY : Western Switzerland (Geneva, Jura, Neuchâtel)
