Our F&B services compromise of several outlets, different dining rooms, fantastic open terrasses and a roof top. A range of services provided throughout the day is regularly completed by high-end services in the evening time, including some weekends.

Maître d'Hôtel (H/F) 100% (Lausanne)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maître d’Hôtel to join our team on an amazing Campus of one of our prestigious clients.

Votre travail

Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:

•  At least 2 years of experience as a Head Waitress/Waiter or Supervisor in a high-end hospitality environment or in a successfully running restaurant (medium or big-sized)


• Previous experience in training, coaching and motivating the team


• Very good knowledge of drinks and classic cocktails, trendy food; good basics in oenology


• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with customers, staff and suppliers alike


• Strong leadership skills while working in team


• High level of awareness and ability to anticipate guest needs


• Directly intervene and participate in the service activities in order to guarantee quality in the service and client’s satisfaction.


• Supervise and coordinate the service during the multiple functions.


• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to share these with the team


• Good knowledge and ease working with Windows Pack Office

• Fluent in English, French, and possible in another foreign language
