SAP Consultant SD

Contract Type:  Permanent - full-time Description: 

In this role you will support and develop further La Prairie’s IT application landscape in the area sales and distribution.

 

Main responsibilities

• Key user and end user support SAP SD:
  
  
  
  • Sales order processing
  
  
  • Availability check
  
  
  • Deliveries
  
  
  • Billing
  
  
  • Account determination
  
  
  • Pricing – conditions, requirements, routines
  
  
  • EDI (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, ORDRSP, ORDCHG)
  
  
  • Master data (customer, material, conditions, access sequences)
  
  
  • Rebate agreements
  
  
  • Output control (print forms, automation, conditions)
  
  
  • Print forms (order, delivery, billing documents)
  
  
  • Develop, manage, monitor Interfaces (SFA, POS, E-COM)
  
  
  • Credit control
  
  


• Concept design and implementation of new requirements, optimisation of current system settings in the areas above


• Enhancements of standard SAP functionalities (User exits), maintenance of current developments


• Development of ABAP reports, interfaces, application enhancements


• Support international roll out projects


• Create and maintain documentation (technical and user)


• Training / Coaching of key/end users

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• SAP Skills:


• SD-SLS, SD-BIL, SD-BF, SD-EDI


• LSMW


• Smartforms /Adobe PDF Forms


• ABAP


• SAP Query


• Good integration knowledge in SAP modules and functionalities integrated with SD: LE, FICO, MM.


• University Degree / minimum 5 years of relevant SAP experience


• Proven track of record in international consumer goods environment


• Very good English and German language skills. Additional languages are an asset


• Analytical and concept design capabilities, hands-on and consultant mentality


• Travel 0 - 20%
