Talent Performance and Insights Lead

Our Talent (HR) team is heavily expanding to support On’s explosive growth and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as Talent Performance and Insights Lead. 


This role is for someone who has strong well-rounded experience in developing and implementing Talent Performance Management and Growth programs, ideally in a fast-paced, start-up like environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for data as well as for innovative solutions which drive the performance and engagement of all team members at On.

This role is part of our Engagement & Growth function with the main mission to provide powerful programs and initiatives, that are aligned to On’s entrepreneurial culture and that support our team in their development journey with On. 


Your Mission:



  • You will support in the design, implementation and administration of our Talent Performance and Growth initiatives.

  • You will be responsible for the annual Engagement Survey and ensure leaders have what they need to take meaningful action - informed by team member feedback.

  • You will support the design and implementation of career development journeys within On. This includes supporting other areas of Talent to incorporate program implications. 

  • You will support the design and implementation of programs, initiatives and guidelines that embrace and keep the key culture aspects of On. 

  • You will analyse and report on impact and implications of Talent Performance & Growth initiatives within the organization. 

  • You will partner and closely collaborate with Talent BPs globally, to ensure initiatives are rolled-out successfully, according to the specific timelines. 

  • You will also partner with leaders, external partners and vendors when relevant for the projects that we are rolling out.


Your Story:



  • 6-8 years of experience in the Talent (HR) field with a focus on Performance, Talent Analytics, Talent Management or HR Consulting. 

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy thinking outside the box. 

  • You have great communication skills across various stakeholders and levels - Leaders, Talent Business Partners, and external parties

  • You have strong excel and analytical skills - you are able to tell a story with data.

  • You thrive when navigating ambiguous projects. You know how to simplify complex topics and can focus on what matters.

  • You are skilled at thinking about how decisions will impact various stakeholders.

  • You are comfortable taking ownership of important topics. 

  • You are collaborative, but also comfortable working independently.
