Compensation specialist position to support the Group C&B team in their daily business and on new projects. Namely provide support and technical expertise for the annual compensation process, global HR IT-tool Fusion, deferred compensation scheme - RSU/share plan (Employee Incentive Plan - EIP) rollout and review, compensation and benefits market benchmarking, annual reporting, database updating and ad-hoc requests. Supporting C&B team in keeping up to date various databases in co-operation with other functions (Finance, Planning & Controlling, Group Corporate Office, Treasury). Assist to prepare reports required by the regulator(s) (compensation report as part of the annual report, submissions for Annual General Meeting). Involved in preparing documents/proposals/analyses for the Group Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
