Your responsibilities
Lead and execute design, simulation and experimental validation tasks across the HZI Power-to-Gas product portfolio, with main focus on electrolysis equipment and systems
Lead & Drive related R&D projects, from target definition to serial production release, applying project management methods and tools along a stage-gate process
Lead team activities and workshops, covering topics from ideation till complex problem-solving tasks, applying analytical and statistical tools and methods
Coordinate project team members, experts and stakeholders globally, internal and external
Your experiences
PhD / Post-doc in hydrogen equipment and systems (Fuel Cells, Electrolysers, Energy Systems) related sciences
Lecturing experience
Practical experience in the design, optimization, numerical and experimental validation of hydrogen equipment
References in R&D project management and demonstration of entrepreneurial spirit
Structured, systematic and focused work style with good documentation and documentation skills
Ambitious personality, eager to deliver results
Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
