We are currently looking for a Sales Analyst - Temporary (1 year contract) who will be working in the EMEA Sales Operations team of The North Face. As Sales Analyst you will be responsible for standardizing reports and tools for sales related data. You will create and manage both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative analysis, provide support for sales campaigns, actions and promotions, and assess data quality. The North Face is looking for a detail oriented self-starter who can manage and prioritize their own workload, enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is service-minded and able to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and in all departments, while able to adapt quickly to shifting goals and priorities.
Responsibilities:
be an integral link between the headquarter and the local sales organizations as well as the marketing, product, customer service, IT and supply chain departments
help ensure that all the necessary reports, information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans
provide support for sales campaign setup and execution
support management and sales force with ad hoc business analysis and reporting
support the development and improvement of sales processes, policies and procedures
ensure data quality, data accuracy and proper maintenance of the reporting tool
maintain and improve the master data management
coordinate reports with other department by creating automated reports optimize tool maintenance by creating standardized templates to convey data input in the simplest way
participate to the Forecast Project by helping the architecture optimization and by building a standardized and efficient way to ensure data quality
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in similar roles
University Degree or equivalent, preferred economics, statistics or management engineering
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Highly proficient in Excel
Solid knowledge in computer science (programming skills would be a plus)
Strong data management and computer science skills
Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills
good understanding of business processes and sales strategies for a fast paced, growing and international company
