Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing in reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organization with an end-to-end, customer centric approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.



• You have preferably a strong background in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

• You are used to working to clear targets in an environment where there are many deadlines to meet in a flow and capacity planning function.

• You have strong analytical skills and are a big knowledge of working with MS Office (especially with Excel).

• You have a good understanding of Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service.

• You are experienced in securing the implementation of midterm and long-term strategies and plans and set/follow up goals.

• You have already been working in a matrix organization.

• You have good coaching and/or mentor abilities, advisory and facilitation skills, conflict management skills and problem-solving experience.

• You are fluent in English both written and verbal; German is a plus.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



• Securing planning and fulfilment in an endto-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution.

• Supporting stakeholders in central, store and service fulfilment with accurate goods flow and stock plans.

• Securing the optimal range location in the fulfilment units to lowest cost and while keeping availability and leadtime promise.

• Accountable for seamlessly enabling daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market by securing and endto-end planning and fulfilment process through gathering, processing, analyzing and sharing goods flow information and trends, identifying possible risks and proposing actions to prevent and providing accurate flow and capacity plans.

• Assessing current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market in terms of short, mid and longterm needs and identify solutions in order to secure agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise at the lowest possible cost.

• Supporting operations in close cooperation with the whole Fulfilment Availability and Support functions in any exceptional or emergency situation regarding flow, stock and capacity (e.g. commercial activities and campaigns, supply problems, unexpected peaks).

• Securing the forecasting of Customer Fulfilment capacity requirements for short, mid and long-term as part of the total supply chain capacity and for maintaining an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market to reach target availability to the customer at high quality and lowest possible total cost.
