ROLE DESCRIPTION 



  • You are a bridge builder between business & IT and ensure smooth communication between project participants and stakeholders

  • You lead exciting projects end-to-end and master all disciplines:

    • Project ideas (feasibility, risks, cost-effectiveness, success factors)

    • Project application (objectives, resources, milestones/plan, costs, procedure)

    • Project organization/processes

    • Project planning/control

    • Project progress/success control

    • Project marketing/communication

    • Acceptance of project results incl. project final report


  • You are responsible for the associated change management and quality assurance


 


SKILLS AND EXPERTISE 



  • You have a university degree or equivalent training in business science or business administration and ideally bring a degree in project or change management (CAS, MAS, PMP, IPMA, PRINCE, etc.)

  • You have experience in project, risk and quality management and use the appropriate tools in a targeted manner

  • You know the agile project methods (Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, DevOps etc.) as well as various collaboration solutions (Jira/Confluence, Office365, Slack etc.)

  • You master the basics in organization, consulting, architecture, business analysis, requirements engineering, UX, solution design, software development, deployment, test and quality management

  • You are strongly familiar with the usual presentation, brainstorming and interviewing techniques

  • You are a leader, team-oriented, efficient and resilient personality who likes to work with different companies

  • You can communicate in French and English

  • You are hungry for knowledge and continue to develop yourself
