Data Analyst/ Scientist Operations

Interesting and challenging work in the area and intersection of data analytics and data science. You are responsible for one or more data areas, including development of new data, advanced analytics with big data methodologies and development of visualizations with Tableau.

Our team consist of multiple data analysts, each specialized in one or more data areas. The team works very closely together and active knowledge sharing is the norm, while working in an agile way. Our team members come from a variety of backgrounds and are always striving to learn more.
 


 


Your skills and experience

 

We are looking for a reliable self-starter with very good working knowledge of the DWH environment and Hadoop big data platforms. The main requirements are:



  • Strong knowledge of DWH technology and using Hadoop platforms for data analytics

  • Advanced experience with data preparation for and visualization with Tableau

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Good knowledge of SAP Business Objects (reporting and dashboards) and the development of databases (Oracle, Access, etc.) 

  • Very good knowledge of Python, knowledge of Dataiku is an asset

  • Fluent English skills, German is an asset

  • Very strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Service oriented and client focused

  • Strong communication and presentation skills towards peers and senior management
