ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist. In this position, you’ll couple your expertise with our innovative solutions to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement ADP tools according to contract, client’s needs and ADP standards


2. Manage MS & PS clients


3. Implement ADP’s solutions in accordance with client expectations, following ADP guidelines; Support a variety of implementations scenarios.


4. Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades


5. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness


6. Resolve issues and provide solutions, with minimal direction on procedural matters


7. Collaborate with various departments to load and convert (as required) client data to ADP’s solutions


8. Work within ADP’s implementation methodology and timeliness using technology tools.


9. Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up


10. Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutions


11. Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service


12. Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise


13. Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency on implementation job function, ADP products/services and implementation best practices


14. Provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements


15. Use influence and impact to help clients address and analyze their needs


16. Participate in roundtables, focus groups, feedback sessions, etc. as appropriate

EDUCATION:

University Degree or High School diploma

REQUIREMENTS:

• Several years in implementation of HRMS solutions, support, and consulting.


• Knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security/permits/withholding tax


• Windows/Excel/Word/Outlook


• German: mother tongue or fluent in reading and writing


• English: fluent in reading and writing


• Implementation skills


• Training on HRMS systems


• T&A (Minimum Absence Management)


• Client oriented, ability to understand client needs


• Good stress management


• Accurate/rigorous


• Apply internal processes and standards


• Documentation skills


• Good communicator


• Pro-active
