IT Support Analyst

IT Analyst is responsible for all daily operational support for the desktop/LAN infrastructure in the Labelling Department. The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail a long with prior experience in end-user support operations, preferably in a global organization. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to interact with end-users or clients on the phone or in-person in a courteous, professional manner. Experience working with Adobe products as well as Nitro PDF would be helpful.

Your responsibilities:



  • Maintain end-user support (2nd / 3rd Level) and system availability within predefined time frames.

  • Protect data, system security, and data privacy

  • Resolve and escalate issues according to service level agreements.

  • Setup, configure and modify PCs and peripherals' configuration (i.e., add cards, remove cards, update software) at any given location at our site.

  • Monitor and track work orders (tickets) to meet SLAs (due dates) and other priorities to meet customer needs.

  • Complete special projects or tasks as may be assigned by management.

  • Participate in quality solution and improvement processes to resolve common user requests and issues.

  • Apply Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP) in all responsibility areas and helps create technical documentation and manuals following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Responsible for the deployment and tracking of all desktop, laptop, and hardware, including peripherals using asset management software.

Your profile:

  • Good communication skills – written and verbal (English and German language required)

  • Associate degree from an accredited technical school or college with PC hardware/software support as a major or equivalent

  • Strong Experience with the Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 Suite.

  • Working Knowledge of Networking Protocols and Active Directory.

  • Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting profiles, file and folder permissions and network connectivity, Password resets, setting up new user accounts, and creating Security Groups using AD.

  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team to manage day-to-day operation tasks assigned and effectively communicate with business users and team members globally.

  • Ability to prioritize work/service desk tickets based on business impact and criticality and respond quickly.

  • Good time management skill, ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
