Your team

The RM Workplace is responsible for developing the web-based Relationship Manager Workplace and new platforms, which are the next generation of innovative applications in order to address the requirements of a changing banking market.

Our team consists of software engineers, business analysts, and product owners, who put the customer first in their daily job. We are mostly self-organized and use agile methodologies. We are not afraid to meet short-time deadlines without making compromises to the quality of our work. Also, we are an international team with members in Manila and Zürich.

Your mission

• Develop and integrate digital solutions


• Requirements analysis and creation of specifications together with software developers, partners and customers


• Supporting developers during implementation


• Acting as the contact person concerning functional questions


• Maintaining product documentation in collaboration with our technical writers


• Follow and support the end to end solution, including the know-how on banking and backend solutions

Qualifications

What you need

• University degree in banking/economics or equivalent experience


• Open-minded, team-oriented, and communicative personality


• Being eager to learn and wanting to take on new challenges


• Interest in the banking business


• Professional communication skills in English and one of the local languages


• Ability to understand, abstract, and specify banking processes and requirements
