Your job in a nutshell:

You drive the future implementation of the SMART VALOR Digital Asset Exchange. You bridge the product owner and the delivery organization, making sure the delivery sticks to the expectations of CPO, CTO and other stakeholders – especially our customers!

You represent the "voice of the customer" within the team and take an end-to-end responsibility.

If you are not familiar with blockchain transactions, wallets, NFTs, FIAT, ERC-20, DeFi, deposit addresses, Ethereum, DEX, CEX, orderbooks, asset-backend tokens and KYC, this is not the job for you.

Your Daily work

• Defining and communicating a clear product vision that represents the needs and the goals of our clients and internal stakeholders.


• Work in a data-driven manner, collecting information and systematically analyzing user feedback.


• Responsibility for the product backlog - developing and refining user stories, filling in the product backlog and prioritizing the backlog with focus on delivering value-added product improvements.


• Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that the team delivers solutions effectively.


• You will work side-by-side with UI/UX, technical architects, developers and quality engineers, supporters and marketing.


• You will create and maintain a release plan and a product roadmap.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of crypto/digital assets.


• You have a strong focus on delivering best-in-class solution focusing an outstanding user journey. You have a portfolio of methods and tools to identify and analyze those needs.


• Technical knowledge of big data and devops platforms from a PO perspective.


• At least three years of experience as business analyst, product owner or another related role.


• At least two years of experience in the FinTech industry.


• You are firm in using current product owner techniques and tools (story mapping, business model canvas etc.) as well as agile methods (lean, Scrum, Kanban, et. al.).


• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.


• Strong self-organization and prioritization of tasks in an analytical manner.


• Ability to work independently in a result-oriented way.


• Experience working with digital products, ideally in a cloud environment.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1 or above, German is a plus).
