Quality Key Account Manager (f/m)

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the customer relationship management related to all quality matters such as organize and take part in quality customer reviews, support the customer audits within Datwyler and support the sales team


• Check, control and negotiate of quality related documents and requirements for new projects and for serial products


• Coordination and control of customer requirements during start of production, and support in handling customer complaints during project phase


• Support the implementation of the product quality planning during projects 


• Responsible for the customer scorecard (performance data, current projects status, etc.) and for the communication with the customer and within Datwyler


• Coordination of improvement activities related to customer quality expectations, and deploy the related processes in the corresponding Dätwyler production sites

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Math, Science, Business, Engineering or another science-based discipline Knowledge of CAD and technical drawings, preferably with basic knowledge in elastomers.


• A minimum of 3 years international experience in automotive industry, preferably with basic knowledge in elastomers and in project management 


• Internal auditor certification according IATF16949 or ISO9001 is a plus 


• Highly driven, technically curious, result oriented and with initiative character 


• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external network


• Creative mindset with passion for innovation and technology


• Willingness to travel for around 20% (in the future) 


• Fluency in English and German (written and oral level C1)
