• Develop and design products and components that will fully comply with the specification, customer's needs and industry standards


• Perform a full lifecycle product development(design, develop, test, prototype, manufacturing, performance in application etc.)


• Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods


• Coordinate with process engineers, sales , manufacturing and other project members. Conduct technical workshop with various customers.


• Estimate budget and scope of projects


• Evaluate final product's performance, reliability and safety

• BSc degree in engineering or relevant technical field


• At least 3 years working experience in mechanical engineering or technical field. Experience with the Spring is a plus.


• Working experience with CAE,CAD,CAM and FEA tools and processes


• Solid understanding of industry specific concepts and processes. Experience with industry of Switchgear or Connector is a plus.


• Creative, analytical, good team player and communication skills


• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear manner

• High degree of independency in your work
