As a System Engineer/ Professional Service Engineer you are responsible for:
Deploying and maintaining our Network Detection and Response solution with customers.
Automation in the field of software delivery
Analyzing the networks of our customers during Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and security audits.
Define/implement/document the integration and setup of ExeonTrace for different data sources.
Establishment and improvement of the own IT infrastructure
Supporting the sales team in product demonstrations and support the onboarding and training of new partners.
With your experience and dedicated personality, you can support our customers in the integration of our modern Network Detection & Response solution.
You will work closely with the development team to further develop ExeonTrace based on concrete customer and partner feedback.

Requirements:
An enthusiastic professional who is strong in solving problems independently and likes to communicate with our customers and our internal teams.
A professional who has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or similar, with a specialization in TCP/IP networking (HTTP/S, DNS, NetFlow, IPFIX, ...) or IT security (networking and application security).
3+ years of practical experience as Professional Service Engineer in the field of TCP/IP network security Ideally including:
Configuration of firewalls and switches
Configuring Unix systems
Experience with Vmware or Hyper-V
Deploying and maintainig Elasticsearch stacks
Syslog data collection and processing
Gitlab CI/CD experience
Experience with RPMs and running your own RPM repo
Experience in operating a DNS solution
A fluent German (ideally mother tongue, minimum C2) and English speaker.
