CLEMAP is a young company specialized in the metering and evaluation of energy data through their proprietary IoT
Edge Device and Cloud solution: with a modular combination of edge devices in the low voltage range and AI /
Machine Learning, added values to smart grid players are generated from energy data. CLEMAP as an energy IoT
platform provider is able to respond directly to the needs of energy suppliers, system integrators, metering suppliers,
SMEs and microgrid operators and offers bundled and modular solutions that meet the requirements of the various
smart grid players in a regulated and unregulated energy market environment.
To achieve this ambitious goal we are looking for a

Data Analyst Developer (80-100%)

For the maintenance and continuous development of our products we are looking for a computer science, mechanical,
electrical engineer or similar passionate about data analysis, machine learning and platform infrastructure
developments. You will work partly in our office near Bahnhof Enge in Zurich and in home office depending on Covid
situation.
Your mission

• Perform data analysis, in particular of time series (forecasting, clustering, classification, identification of
  anomalies, etc.) and develop models based on high frequency on electrical consumption data


• Plan and further develop the platform infrastructure and machine learning environment


• Maintain and issuing new software updates for the of the current data analytics in the production
  environment


• Propose new adaptations to current machine learning/programming infrastructure, develop specifications,
  implement tools in Python automating the data analytics, support sales in preparing technical offers.


• Develop machine learning modules for new applications of energy data

Your story

• You have an excellent knowledge of the programming language Python and of SQL and NoSQL databases


• You have a good knowledge and have already applied the most common Machine Learning Algorithm and of
  Machine Learning Libraries, such as Scikit-Learn and Tensorflow/Keras


• You have basic knowledge of the cloud platform AWS


• Knowledge of programming language javascript, Node.js, Linux/Unix platform and docker are an advantage


• You have a good understanding of values related to electrical energy (active and reactive power, current,
  voltage, power factor)


• You are passionate about programming, and you are familiar with agile working methods


• You are creative, curious and open for new, you work independently and have an efficient communication


• You have a bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics


• You currently live in Switzerland and have a Swiss working permit


• You care about the environment and want to contribute to the Energy Strategy 2050
