Job summary

A successful applicant for this position will hold a certain client portfolio and will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing Clients. This includes providing all new and existing Clients with the full range of banking products and services offered by the Bank. In case the applicant is able to complete new acquisitions on own initiative this would be considered as an additional valuable skill.

The position reports to the Head of Private Banking.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To support the clients in their daily banking activities


• To be able to assess the client’s documents (KYC)


• To negotiate with the client in order to assess and promote client’s expectations for banking products and services that meet the Bank’s standards


• To support stakeholders in obtaining necessary documentation (KYC) for existing and potential clients


• To support the CRM team, Compliance and Bank’s Executives if requested


• To collect and assess information about the client’s business activities in order to identify opportunities for increasing the existing cooperation


• To control KYT (knowing your transaction) for client portfolio


• To determine the Client’s financing requirements/ preferences/ interests meeting the Bank’s range of banking products and policies

Required Experience/Skills/Qualification

• Swiss / EU passport or valid Swiss work permit


• Min 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position within Private Banking acquired in banks/financial institutions in Switzerland


• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic or Banking


• Certification in Risk, Finance, Banking or Compliance is preferable


• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products is a must, Private Banking products preferable


• Strong client orientation


• Strong team player

• Excellent organizational skills


• Strong communication and relationship skills


• Fluent English and Russian (German and other language are a plus)
