Job Description


As theGlobal Brand Lead, within Galderma’s Global Prescription Business Unit, you will lead all aspects of development and implementation of the strategic and operational plans for the assigned brand.


Job Responsibilities



  • Leads Global Cross-Functional Team to develop and execute assigned brand plans that they are sustainable, competitive, and aligned with Internal and External Stakeholders

  • Manages cross-functional execution of a cohesive multichannel communication platforms which supports the long-term strategic direction of assigned brand and projects

  • Inputs to the Global Franchise 1/3/10 year plans - defines operational plans to deliver strategies to maximize return/value for Galderma

  • Ensures assigned brand strategy alignment across organization at global, regional, and local level and with Key External Experts

  • Constantly conducts analysis to identify the priority growth opportunities and its derived strategies of the assigned areas of responsibilities

  • Champions the Assigned Brand over time, ensuring the brand continues to be relevant and competitive

  • Responsible for the review of local countries forecasts and franchise P&L

  • Acts as brand champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies

  • Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and delivers corrective action as required to meet the business objectives


Minimum Requirements



  • University degree in Marketing and/or Business

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role

  • Successful track record in development and implementation of Global or Regional Brand Plans in the frame of digital ecosystems

  • Launches readiness, preparation and optimization experience

  • Background in engagement with internal and external partners to use resources in a coordinated way to develop and execute activities on time, aligned to business strategies and priorities

  • Experience in development and validation a differentiated value and brand positioning and its translation to relevant and compelling customer propositions

  • Understands customer needs and environment by combining internal/external sources and customer engagement (HCPs, Patients, Payors) with the aim to use insights and foresight to guide decisions affecting the customer

  • Ability to perform analysis to identify the priority opportunities and its derived strategies for a brand or within a portfolio

  • Ability to design, plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaign, using insight and analytics to continuously improve digital assets and deliver customer value

  • Excellent communication and influential skills

  • Analytical skills along with strategic and tactical thinking and planning

  • Experience in cooperation in a global, matrix organization and with multiple stakeholders internally and externally

  • Innovative and creative mindset

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
