Job Description


Reporting to the Global Head of Ax Pricing and Channel, the Analyst Ax Pricing & Channel role is to support and coordinate the global Strategic Pricing strategy (insights, competence, governance, and direction) both for in-line and pipeline products for the Aesthetics Global Business Unit.


Within this role, you will be collaborating closely with the Global Head of Ax Pricing and Channel on optimizing Strategic Pricing and guidance.


Job Responsibilities



  • Support and coordinate Global Pricing & guiding principles both for in-line and pipeline products

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Pricing and Channel, on a pricing strategy for the global GBU

  • Work on process and systems to ensure the continuous implementation and compliance to the established pricing guidance across the markets

  • Together with the Global Head of Pricing & Channel ensure competitive pricing of innovation from a central standpoint

  • Align with markets to identify market trends, competitive, and regulatory developments impacting the price positioning of the core brands

  • Work with internal stakeholders to continuously ensure the strategic alignment of the price and value proposition of products in and across the markets

  • Help in shaping a culture of strategic pricing across the organization by closely engaging with key decision makers in the organization and informing about the pricing excellence

  • Support new channel development

  • Support overview of Ax channels and related economics


Minimum Requirements



  • 6+ years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical & Lifesciences Industry, preferably in Pricing

  • Demonstrated and proven analytical capabilities in career to date

  • Demonstrated communication skills, ability to engage with key stakeholders on both a strategic or tactical level and to challenge existing ideas

  • Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships

  • Strong educational background, preferably Master's degree

  • Previous knowledge in skincare, Aesthetics, and Consumer Goods are a plus

  • Excellent organization and planning skills

  • Excellent command of English and any other languages are a plus
