Job Description


Galderma in Zug are looking to hire a Global Brand Manager to join our expanding aesthetic neuromodulators team. We provide leadership of Galderma’s global range of aesthetic neuromodulators, including the well-established Dysport and Azzalure brands, the all-new Alluzience brand, and the near-term launch of RelabotulinumtoxinA.


Job Responsibilities



  • Help provide commercial leadership for the global aesthetic neuromodulator franchise.

  • Lead high priority cross-brand projects within the global aesthetic neuromodulator franchise, including:


    • Annual brand plan presentations

    • Preparation of Global Leaders’ Forum presentations

    • Long-term forecasting and development of business cases supporting new development programmes

    • Assist in managing Aesthetics franchise interactions with Galderma’s strategic partner Ipsen.

    • Franchise activity planning and budgeting; monitoring of franchise budgets

    • Contribute to the development and evolution of the franchise strategy

    • Liaise with other central teams including Supply chain, R&D, Medical, Pricing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence

    • Provide guidance for market research projects




  • Maintain acute understanding of market dynamics, customer perspectives, and real-life effectiveness of sales and marketing programmes relating to aesthetic neuromodulator products.

  • Frequently conduct field rides with aesthetic representatives and participate in country business reviews

  • Establish ability to assess and diagnose overall operational performance of the local aesthetics organisations:


    • Marketing effectiveness

    • Sales effectiveness

    • Supply chain structure

    • Commercial policy

    • Medical education


  • Work with country organisations to address opportunities for improvement.


Minimun Requirements



  • Strong experience in brand management (5+ years)

  • Experience working as part of a regional or global team

  • Clear understanding of brand management: Defining a strategy, developing business cases, positioning versus competitors, and global implementation skills

  • Ideally medical aesthetics background, alternatively luxury goods, fragrances, skin care, hair care, or similar

  • Solid experience in business analytics and project management, for example from a management consulting environment.

  • Strong educational background, probably in a business-related or technical field

  • Strong analytical mindset and abilities

  • Strong structuring and project management skills

  • Ability to alternate between deep analytics; business cases; fact-based-decision making and actively driving hands-on implementation; providing visible direction, inspiration and leadership

  • Excellent leadership skills, in particular for geographically dispersed global teams

  • Ability to provide strategic clarity and precise direction

  • Strong international outlook and experience (e.g. has worked/studied/lived in different countries; speaks different languages)

  • An overall record of achievement and success
