Junior Consultant and Business Analyst Group COO Advisory

Your field of responsibility

 

We collaborate with businesses and functions to support them in transforming their business. This requires embedding digital, analytics, and design into core processes, mind-sets, building capabilities, and efficiencies that help them to thrive in an ever-changing environment. We lead cross-divisional change and effectiveness initiatives that focus on revenue generation and cost savings, and provide a holistic view on potential cross-bank synergies and interdependencies. We offer a meaningful role in the heart of Zurich that focuses on partnering with businesses and functions to support them in transforming their business. In this role, you will drive and support priority topics for the wider Group COO organization across a broad group of stakeholders, including a high exposure to senior management. You will have insight into some of the most relevant topics the global banking business faces as well as the chance to define and deliver efficiency gains in major business processes. You will be a part of a highly motivated team in a dynamic working environment with the opportunity to act as incubator for new technologies and innovation, as well as develop on a personal level.

Your skills and experience

 

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or equivalent level of education, combined with first professional experience in a strategic and/or business consulting role

  • A background in Banking is a plus, as is a track record of managing project deliveries and reporting

  • Sound analytical skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to combine strong analysis skills across multiple data sources to generate valuable insight

  • You feel confident when interacting with senior management stakeholders, can quickly digest new information, have a keen attention to detail as well as the ability to develop strategic concepts

  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in performing data analyses in Excel and illustrating projects and concepts in PowerPoint or similar programs

  • Business proficiency in English. German would be a plus

  • We are looking for a self-starter with a positive personality and the ability to form a network and collaborate to get things done and effectively deliver solutions in a multi-cultural environment

  • You are a dedicated problem solver who drives plans to success with a high level of service orientation, you are very effective on time management and prioritizing tasks

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
