Our IT Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial technology industry. Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank’s work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence. You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world IT challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector. By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.


Start date: different start dates possible
Duration: 4-6 months
Academic requirements: Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility



  • You have the opportunity to operate and help implementing different kinds of systems in the area of Network Security. 

  • You work with the newest technologies and products the bank has in place to protect its networks and users – Secure Browsing, Secure Connection, DC Protection and Client Network Protection to name just the most important capabilities in the Network Security space.


Your future colleagues



  • Being located in Switzerland, you are part of our dynamic and diverse operations & implementation teams. 

  • Overall our Network Security team is part of the Group Chief Information Office with over 10’000 staff supporting the entire range of IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms.


You Offer

 

We look for somebody with a positive attitude, motivation and basic understanding of the IT subject matter. 



  • Good communication skills

  • Motivation and the will to learn new things quick

  • Basic understanding of IT security principles 

  • Basic understanding of networking (ISO/OSI model, TCP/IP)
