Marketing Data Analyst (f/m) 80-100%
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of logics for CRM automation
Build experiments and tests, defining main metrics and KPI and identifying opportunities to activate, engage and retain our customers
Develop and present learning from data analysis, providing the foundation for the conception and execution of loyalty strategies
Define and implement triggers for customer engagement
Develop campaigns measurements strategies with particular focus on multichannel engagement
Analyze customer, marketing and web behavioral data enabling effective user segmentation
Monitor marketing and users trends to significantly improve matching of demand with relevant offers on the platform
Create dashboards, data visualizations and support the marketing team in the creation of reports
Collaborate closely with all internal functions and central Marketing Competence Center to ensure alignment on KPIs and metrics between stakeholders
What we look for
At least 3 years experience working with large database and analytics tools in a marketing context
Proven analytical experience and familiarity with marketing data interpretation and analysis and experience with customer database segmentation and personalization
Experience in recognizing and surfacing the triggers for customer loyalty
Confident with big amounts of data and experience with visualization tools (Tableau preferred, Data Studio is a plus)
Familiarity with SQL and Google Analytics is required
Previous experience working alongside CRM and Digital Marketing teams
Very pragmatic hands-on mentality
Strong dedication to deliver results and drive change with a positive can-do attitude
Data-driven thinker who makes decisions based on numbers and is not afraid to perform root cause analysis to solve problems.
Enthusiasm, positive attitude and team player
Fluent in English, German and French are a big plus
