The Global UC & Contact Center Engineer is part of a team of engineers responsible for administrating, expanding and improving the Cisco voice and Genesys contact center environment for world-wide offices of the Straumann Group. Operational as well as project-related tasks are both part of the role.
This position reports to the Team Manager Voice and Contact Center Solutions and is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
