As an experienced Corporate Actions Specialist, the role will offer you the opportunity to combine your in-depth knowledge of corporate actions with your passion for providing excellent customer service, whilst processing and verifying a diverse range of domestic and international corporate actions. With a flair for technology and a natural aptitude to take ownership of resolving queries, working with all relevant stakeholders, you will gain global experience with great peers, technologies and markets. What You Will Do

• Process and verify corporate actions and proxy voting services globally, including both SWX and international listed securities


• Respond to customer queries in relation to corporate actions and proxy voting


• Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Management, IT etc.

What You Bring

• Previous corporate actions experience with expertise


• The ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Providing excellent customer service, communicative personality and joy of interacting with the relevant stakeholders


• Careful and exact working method
