Drive the progress of Ethical Value Chain Management

Working with the Ethical Value Chain Management team means you will be exposed to the biggest organisations worldwide, at the cutting edge of innovation and across a diversified industry set. Your day-to-day tasks may include learning about third party relationships, understanding complex supply chain systems and their impact on our environment, performing sustainability risk assessments, undertaking detailed data analysis and working with senior colleagues to deliver work that makes a real impact.

How you can make an impact

• Design end-to-end supply chain, Ethical Value Chain and Third Party Risk management frameworks and strategies


• Improve existing supply chain and Ethical Value Chain Management processes, policies, and governance structures to meet regulatory requirements


• Advise clients on how to incorporate ESG requirements into their supply chain and third party on-boarding and management processes


• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existing ones

Who we are looking for 

• You have strong interpersonal skills which allow you to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in the Swiss market and influence others in an advisory role


• You have a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant work/project experience in the area of sustainable supply chain management and third party risk management, ideally within a consulting firm


• You have a proven track record of successfully implementing end-to-end Third Party Risk Management frameworks and strategies


• You have experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge in a diverse set of risks associated with third parties (e.g. cyber and data privacy risks, sustainability, reputational risks, financial risks, regulatory and compliance risks, geopolitical risks, labour right risk, sustainability etc.)


• Ideally, you have expertise in the implementation and usage of Risk Management and/or GRC tools and technologies (e.g. Process Unity, Archer, ServiceNow, Aravo, etc.)


• You are fluent in English and ideally German, French or Italian.
