SENIORITY LEVEL: Internship

LOCATION: Lausanne - Switzerland


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES


Our team is essentially commercially driven, consumer led and responsible for achieving sales and brand targets.            


Reports to: Portfolio Manager Switzerland


Geographic Scope: Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR



  • Supporting the delivery of Retail and Ex-retail touchpoints

  • Coordinating of cross department projects

  • Monitoring performance and market intelligence

  • Implementing a full multicategory strategy plan (Combustibles, Vapor, Snus)

  • Ensure proper project management

  • Aligning with internal stakeholders

  • Briefing and following up with agency

  • Are you motivated, proactive and eager to learn?

  • Have you worked on interesting (student) projects and proven your project management and coordination skills?


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE



  • It is an internship, so please use experience from University etc. as proof too, not just pure job experience

  • Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Proactive, motivated and eager to learn

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • You are passionate about brand marketing and you are at ease in recommending new ideas

  • Can do attitude, open-minded, bold, resilient

  • Fluent in English and either French or German

  • University Degree (or soon to graduate) with a focus on Marketing, Online Marketing, Communications or similar
