Business requirement analysis around Identity & Access Management
Process, data and roles modelling
Documenting business and functional specifications, interface and process design
Coordinate and support clients within their IAM related activities
Coordinate testing and implementation
Communication to clients on aspects of best practice process designs and methodologies
Your profile
Strong and proven skills in requirements analysis (business, functional, non-functional)
Excellent and structured documentation skills (use case, data modelling, process design, workflow descriptions)
Ability to work in cross functional teams, complex project setup in an agile manner (preferable experience of agile methodology based project delivery)
Conceptual knowledge of leading Identity & Access Management tools (e.g. SailPoint, Micro Focus (NetIQ), One Identity or comparable products) preferable
Exposure to IAM concepts and models in context of cloud integrations (IaaS, PaaS), Azure, AWS preferable
Effective communication and coordination skills, sense of ownership and drive tasks independently towards positive outcomes
Experience in conducting and driving presentations and workshops
Ideally certifications in relevant areas (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001/2, ITIL)
Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning on the job and creative
Fluent in German and English
