Your contribution to KPMG

• Work with D&A (KPMG Lighthouse) leaders, lead partners, Function partners and teams in KPMG Switzerland's various Service Lines in Audit, Tax, Advisory, Financial Services in order to identify and develop client opportunities for Data Analytics and Intelligent Automation (DA&IA)


• Actively lead and grow the success the technology / DA&IA stream at clients and be responsible for the account management for large multinationals


• Lead client conversations, presentations and workshops and responding to requests for proposals


• Innovate, co-create, develop and deliver DA&IA solutions together functional / industry experts within KPMG and at our clients


• Develop and drive go to market, marketing and thought leadership initiatives and continuously pitching new ideas / solutions


• Get yourself networked within KPMG international to ensure leveraging the latest develops and best experts from our network


• Prepare, support and host customized DA&IA inspiration sessions for clients, focused on generating new business ideas and showcasing A&IA opportunities


• Stay up-to-date and maintain an overview of DA&IA solution incl. RPA and low-code, automation capabilities and the alliance landscape

This is what makes you successful

• University degree in computer science, business information technology, analytics or business administration/economics in combination with clear information technology skills


• 5-6 years of experience in technology, analytics and business consulting, preferably at a consulting company


• Passionate about business development (existing and new clients) and building networks


• Strong and hands-on Data Analytics, Process Mining and Intelligent Automation expertise (mainly SAP and MS Dynamics)


• Hands-on technical experience with SQL, low-code, coding languages


• Affinity for or experience with Data Science and technologies like Python is a plus


• Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and senior stakeholders


• Experience in dealing with international clients


• Excellent business process know-how related to applying ERP in various industries


• Strong project management and PMO skills


• Proficient English skills are required, good German and/or French skills are a strong plus
