Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters

  • Provide general client maintenance assistance, such as:

    • responding to client requests

    • dealing with day to day client administration

    • receiving and processing payment / trading orders

    • preparing documentation for client meetings

    • monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up




  • Ensure close co-operation with various departments including Investment Department, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration

  • Collaborate in marketing activities of the team, including maintaining prospects lists, writing marketing letters, organising meetings and business trips and ensuring proper follow up

  • Coordinate meetings

  • Assist with preparing presentations

  • Help with client servicing and prospecting in German and English


Experience, Skills and Competencies Required



  • Experience in the financial industry is considered a plus

  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation

  • Native German and fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability

  • Proficient in MS Office
