We are Hiring

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team!
As a TA Expert, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match their open job positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Account Managers / HR & Recruiting depart. to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals


• Research into market place


• Define job description and document specifications


• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels


• Use and innovate sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles


• Conduct confidential interviews


• Follow-up references


• Present shortlisted candidates


• Research and develop recruiting leads

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field


• 5+ years of experience in the role


• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques


• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods


• Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards


• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills


• Team player


• Good time-management skills


• Great interpersonal and communication skills


• Fluent in German and English.
