As a Global B2C Strategy Manager, you will drive the B2C Omni-channel Strategy that will maximize the Customer Experience and therefore deliver the Growth ambition. In this position, you will define a B2C omni-channel strategy that will serve as the framework to define the role and contribution of each channels going forward. You will identify, quantify and co-lead key transversal (omni-channel) initiatives that support Nespresso Growth Ambition. You will actively contribute to the cascading and execution of the B2C Nespresso strategy also act as the omni-channel ambassador within the B2C team and beyond.
