Job description


Facilitate international mobility for global organisations 


As a Senior Manager in our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will be providing tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will be working on (global) engagements and together with your team provide international organisations with leading services on global mobility tax, social security, global mobility compensation, mobility advisory,– ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.


As a senior manager in this team you will be providing Swiss and international tax compliance and advisory services to our clients. You will be managing one large engagement and other smaller-sized engagements, and take responsibility for managing a team.  In addition to delivering high quality work to our clients, you will act as the main contact person for client stakeholders and will be responsible for the development of your team members. You like learning and development (of yourself and your team members), you like change and innovation, bringing new ideas and contributing to achieve our vision and strategy.


How you can make an impact


•Be in charge of providing individual tax compliance and advisory services for international corporate clients and individuals;


•You will be in direct contact with our client and their global workforce;


•You will help maintaining and developing client relationships and are co-responsible for managing your engagements;


•Together with other subject matter experts, you help our clients on multidisciplinary advisory projects in a wide range of global mobility and tax related topics; 


•Help your junior colleagues develop and grow by leading them through their training and provide regular coaching and feedback to them.


•You will be involved in practice related projects, such as business model optimisation, technology and automation projects, business development and learning; 


•You will contribute towards attaining team goals whilst ensuring that your team grows and develops successfully.


Who we are looking for 


•You enjoy working in a team and like daily contact with clients and colleagues in our network.


•You are eager to learn and develop, like to challenge the status quo, are interested in the broader context of what you do and work independently, efficiently and solution oriented.


•You have attention to detail, are a skilled user of MS Office applications and have a sense for technology and analytics.


•You are able to manage tasks with competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly.


•You have a sense for technology and process optimization. 


•You are a reliable team player and have experience in managing team members.


•You have an academic qualification, preferably in law or economics or a certified fiduciary diploma (Treuhänder).


•You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to international clients and international mobile workers.


•You communicate confidently English. German and French  are an advantage.
