Schindler is committed to deliver cyber resilience products and services that ensure the safety of its passengers and employees. In this context and role, you create value by ensuring the Product IT Security (PITS) of Schindler’s product by continuously identifying and analysing product IT security risks, coach and advise project teams as well as specify and implement adequate security solutions. Your main tasks and responsibilities include: 


 



  • Develop and maintain the global security architecture for E&E products, with clear definition of security zones and expected security levels

  • Support on the definition of cybersecurity strategies, organization models and transformation, following existing frameworks and standards

  • Define content for security expert trainings and organize trainings for the Global technology department

  • Support risk-assessment of PIT audits and adequacy of remediation actions

  • Support and coach project teams in Product Cyber Security topics and issues

  • Recognize and track security trends and support the continuous improvement of rules and guidelines

  • Collaborate with the global Product Security Operation team

As a highly responsible and reliable team player you bring the ability to work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams and bring the confidence to communicate technical problem and solutions at all levels. Further requirements may include:


 



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with specialization in the area of Cyber Security

  • Several years of experience in the area of Cyber Security and good understanding of technology landscape and trends in Cyber Security

  • Experience in penetration testing, risk assessment and hardening of products

  • Experience in embedded and cloud-based SW systems as well as knowledge of secure SW development practices and principles

  • Knowledge in IEC 62443 is beneficial

  • Fluent language skills in English
