Global Fulfillment Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %


 


We Elevate... Your Responsibilities


In this role you will lead and manage key initiatives and projects related to the Group Fulfillment Department concerning New Installations (NI), Modernization (MOD) and Large Projects (LP). The main objective is to quantify, realize and thoroughly monitor the bottom-line impacts such as safety, quality, and cost in all projects. To achieve excellence in execution, you will need to lead the implementation, roll-out and certification of Fulfillment Business Processes.


 


The following are some of your key challenges:


 



  • Leading teams to deliver key strategic initiatives/projects that span across several business units and departments and manage project scope and changes

  • Manage resources, schedules, financials, adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full project development and roll-out

  • Management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery

  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs

  • Assure close collaboration and alignment with NI/MOD/LP Installation Methods and Tools Department and

  • Identification of Business opportunities and organizational needs in the area of NI/MOD/LP for Group Fulfillment Processes and Group Fulfillment Initiatives

You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Further requirements may include:


 



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree

  • Experience in Fulfillment and NI/MOD/LP Business processes in our industry

  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations, preferably in an international business environment

  • Strong analytical business and conceptual skills

  • Strong Stakeholder Management in all levels

  • Good language skills in English (Level C2) and German (Level B2) with experience of living abroad
