We are now taking applications for the Finance/Executive Internship Position. The internship duration will be 12 months and the team are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

A unique opportunity exists for a select few enthusiastic individuals to support both the Finance and Executive teams.

The position suits a proactive individual and requires a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn and the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

Project management, reporting and communication of Finance/Executive strategic priorities:

• Hosting and summarising internal Finance/Executive meetings by liaising with some of the most senior stakeholders at Deloitte, including the COO


• Project management of smaller initiatives within the Finance/Executive/Offshore programmes


• Supporting the wider Finance team on an ad-hoc basis; including the presentation/visualisation of data in a clear and succinct manner


• Preparation and support of change management communications to be received by the wider Business


• Independently sourcing, updating and managing vital resources on the Finance intranet


• Coordination of monthly Offshore reporting for the Swiss Firm


• Support in the preparation of Offshore related materials, meetings, presentations, workshops and intranet sites


• Ensuring that all Offshore documentation is up to date, in the right place and ready to use by our practitioners, including management of requests from the mailbox

Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Proficient in English and German is advantageous
