The Technology Strategy & Transformation team is looking for you!

At Deloitte Consulting, our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists help organisations develop the strategies and implement systems that build business value and drive performance. We have the in-depth knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT challenges around the globe, everything from system replacement to full IT transformation.

What you can expect from us:

As part of the Technology Strategy & Transformation team you will work directly with our clients to optimize Technology Organisations and shape the way IT interacts with the business:

• In this interesting and diverse role, you will collaborate with our client’s technology executives to translate their strategies into effective IT Operating Models


• You will work with clients to strengthen their IT function and technology capabilities for leading Swiss and international organisations, taking into account agile principles


• You will have the opportunity to make an impact in large-scale IT transformation programs and shape how the IT function interacts with the business


• You will assess an organisations’ requirements for IT services and derivation of a tailored Technology Target Operating Model, as well as enabling business access to IT services

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of Technology Operating Models, IT transformation and related work experience in consulting or a corporate environment


• Proven ability in project management and professional practice in the fields IT process management, business partnering and/or organisational development


• Track record of managing small engagements or parts of large engagements


• Strong analytical capabilities, as well as oral and written communication and presentation skills (e.g. MS Suite)


• A University degree (ETH, Uni, FH) in (business) informatics, business administration or economics


• Willingness to travel (mainly Switzerland)


• Proficiency in English, German and/or French would be an advantage

Preferred:

• Sound knowledge of inner workings of an IT organization


• ITIL and agile (CSM, SAFe, etc.) certifications


• Experience in the area of Business Partnering and/or IT Demand Management


• Track-record of transforming and/or designing IT organisations


• Knowledge of/experience in implementation of CIO programs
